All packages include a personalized consultation to discuss details surrounding baby’s sleep patterns. I will provide a Custom Sleep Plan with strategies and techniques tailored for your infant in order to develop healthy sleep habits.

Includes 30-minute consultation, Custom Sleep Plan, and 7 days of email support.

14-Day Sleep Support  
Includes 1-hour consultation, Custom Sleep Plan, and 14 days of daily check-ins to track progress, address concerns, and adjust the plan as needed.
